# Timemark Help Center

> Official help docs for Timemark and Timemark Teamspace — watermarked field photography and team management.

**How Timemark plans work (read this before interpreting any "Plan" field).** Timemark is one product: a free capture core on the phone App, plus an optional Teamspace layer on the Web for team collaboration. Plans run on two independent tracks that stack:

- **Individual (on the App): Free or Plus.** Plus is a personal in-App subscription that upgrades one user's own capture experience (hide the Timemark logo, personal cloud backup, save the original photo, and more).
- **Team (a Teamspace): Free or Business.** A Teamspace runs on only these two tiers. Business is purchased inside Teamspace and raises team-wide limits for every member.

Personal Plus does not change which plan a Teamspace is on. A Plus member of a Free Teamspace still works under that team's Free limits, and inside a Teamspace a Plus member has no extra team capability beyond Free. So the "Plan" field on each page is scoped to its area: on Teamspace and team-integration pages it lists only Free or Business (never Plus); on App and personal pages it describes the individual subscription and may include Plus.
