取消訂閱

從 App 取消 Plus，或從 Teamspace 取消 Business。取消後會發生什麼。

When you’d do this

你不再需要付費功能，或是要整合到另一個團隊。取消訂閱會停止下一次續訂。在目前計費週期結束前，你仍可繼續使用付費功能。

Cancel Plus (App)

iOS

  1. 在 iPhone 上開啟設定。
  2. 點一下畫面上方的名稱 → 訂閱（或媒體與購買項目 → 訂閱）。
  3. 點一下 Timemark（或 Timemark Pro）。
  4. 點一下取消訂閱。
  5. 確認。

Android

  1. 開啟 Google Play Store 應用程式。
  2. 點一下個人資料圖示 → 付款與訂閱 → 訂閱。
  3. 點一下 Timemark。
  4. 點一下取消訂閱。
  5. 確認。

在大多數版本中，App 內的選單（左上角）→ 設定 → 管理訂閱路徑也會開啟你所使用商店的訂閱頁面。

Cancel Business (Teamspace on the Web)

  1. 前往 teamspace.timemark.com 並以團隊擁有者身分登入。
  2. 前往設定 → 方案與帳單。
  3. 點擊管理訂閱。
  4. 在開啟的 Stripe 代管頁面中，點擊取消訂閱（或取消方案）。
  5. 確認。

在付費期間結束前，你會持續維持 Business 方案。之後團隊會降級為 Free。

對於 Business 團隊，任何超出 Free 方案 100 張照片／3 個專案上限的內容都會變成唯讀。你仍然可以檢視、匯出與刪除。在重新升級或刪減到上限以下之前，你無法新增照片。

Common pitfalls

  • 在 iOS 上取消 Plus 只會取消 iOS 端的訂閱。如果你也透過 Android 購買，請另外在 Android 上取消。
  • 取消 Business 並不會刪除團隊。成員仍會保留帳號，團隊現有的照片依然可見（在 Free 上限內）。若要真正關閉團隊，請聯絡支援團隊。
  • Teamspace 上的「管理訂閱」會開啟 Stripe 頁面。這是正常現象，該頁面上的取消按鈕才是真正生效的按鈕。
  • 年繳 Business 取消訂閱不會退還當年度剩餘款項。它只會在年度結束時停止自動續訂，在那之前你仍可持續使用付費功能。
