A member can't see their photos in Teamspace

Permission scope (Own only vs All Photos) and removed-from-team scenarios.

If a member says their photos aren’t showing up in Teamspace, one of the following is usually the cause.

Photos are set to “Own only” view By default, members may only see their own photos, not the full team’s All Photos view. This is a permission setting controlled by the Team Owner, Team Admin.

  • As Team Owner, Team Admin, go to Settings → Members & Access and check the member’s photo visibility permissions.
  • Change to All Photos if the member needs to see the full team’s uploads.

Photos weren’t uploaded to Teamspace Taking a photo in the Timemark App doesn’t automatically upload it to Teamspace unless Auto save to Teamspace is enabled.

  • Ask the member to check that Auto save to Teamspace is turned on in their App settings.
  • Photos can also be uploaded manually from the App.

Member is looking at the wrong project or filter If a project or member filter is active, photos outside that filter won’t show.

  • Tap the Time Range, Projects, Members, and Type filters and make sure nothing is restricting the view.
  • Switch to All Photos to see everything.

Member was removed from the team If a member was removed, their profile page shows “The user you’re looking for no longer exists.” Their photos are not deleted, though. They remain visible in All Photos.

  • Go to All Photos and filter by the former member’s name to find their photos.

Free plan photo cap reached Free plan Teamspace holds a maximum of 100 photos. Once the cap is hit, new uploads won’t appear until older photos are deleted or the team upgrades to Business.

  • Go to Settings → Plan & Billing to check current photo usage.
  • Upgrade to Business for more capacity.
  • Removing a member from the team does not delete their photos. Photos stay in All Photos.
  • Photos uploaded before a member joined the team are not visible to them by default.
