Export photos as a shareable link

Generate a public link so anyone can view and download your project photos.

You want to send project photos to someone outside the team, like a client or inspector, without giving them a Timemark account. Anyone with the link can view and download the photos.

  1. Open a project in Teamspace.
  2. Tap Share, then Share photo link.
  3. Configure the link options:
    • Keep link up to date auto-adds new photos from this project (on by default).
    • Expire link in 7 days turns on an expiry (off by default).
  4. Tap Copy link to copy it, or Share to to send it directly.
  1. Open a project in Teamspace.
  2. Click Share, then Share via Link.
  3. Add an email address and an optional custom message.
  4. Click Share to send by email, or Copy Link to copy the link to your clipboard.

Recipients get an email from Timemark with a View Photos button and a preview of the shared content. When they open the link, they can switch between Gallery, Sheet, and Map views of the photos. The sender gets a notification email when the recipient views the photos.

Tap Share to to send the link via WhatsApp, Telegram, Zalo, LINE, Messenger, Facebook, WA Business, iMessage, Email, or More.

  • Anyone with the link can view and download photos. Treat it as public.
  • Links don’t expire by default. Turn on Expire link in 7 days (App) and the link stops working after 7 days.
  • Shared project links can update automatically. Leave Keep link up to date on only when future photos from the project should appear in the same shared link.
  • Email sharing on the web accepts up to 100 recipients, and the custom message is limited to 150 characters.
  • If sharing fails, check your network connection and try again.
