Reuse text you've typed before
Pick earlier notes and field text from history, pin the ones you use most, and search older entries.
When you’d do this
Section titled “When you’d do this”You type the same notes, job names, or customer names into your watermark over and over. The App keeps what you’ve entered in each text field, so you can pick it again instead of retyping.

- Free: 1 pin, the latest 20 entries, and 3 searches a day. Plus and Business: no limits.
Pick from history
Section titled “Pick from history”- Open the template editor and tap a text field, such as Notes.
- Your earlier entries for that field are listed below the input box. Tap one to use it.
- Tap Save.
Pin an entry
Section titled “Pin an entry”Tap Pin on an entry to keep it at the top of the list. On the Free plan you can pin one entry across all your fields. The App confirms with “Pinned · 1 free pin used”. Pinning a second one opens Pin more with Plus. Unpin the first entry to free the slot.
Search older entries
Section titled “Search older entries”Type a word in the text field to find matching entries in your history. On the Free plan you get 3 searches a day, and the count shows as “N free searches left today”. A search is only used when you pick a match and save it. Cancelling, or leaving without saving, doesn’t use one.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- Only the first 20 entries in the list are open on the Free plan. Older ones show locked, with Unlock all N older entries at the end of the list. Nothing is deleted. Upgrade to Plus to open them.
- History stays on this phone. It isn’t synced to your other devices.
- Typing new text is always free. The limits only apply to pins, older entries, and search.
- Photo markup notes don’t have history. This only covers text fields on the watermark.
