Browse photos by project
Filter by which project a photo belongs to.
When you’d do this
Section titled “When you’d do this”You want to review every photo for one job site or contract, gathered under its project.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- Role
- Any member
- Surface
- App and Web
- Plan
- Free · Business
Browse by project
Section titled “Browse by project”- Open your Teamspace.
- Tap a project name on the home screen, or tap the Projects filter at the top of All Photos.
- Select the project you want to view.
- Browse photos by date.
Search within a project’s photos
Section titled “Search within a project’s photos”- Open a project’s photo view.
- Tap the search icon at the top right.
- Type a keyword to search within that project’s photos.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- You can select multiple projects at once using the Projects filter in All Photos.
- When several projects are selected, the project name in the filter bar truncates at 100 characters.
