Plans comparison
What each plan is for, who it's aimed at, and where the boundaries are. Live prices are on the pricing page.
When you’d do this
Section titled “When you’d do this”You’re deciding which plan fits the way you actually use Timemark, whether that’s personal, a small crew, a large team, or an enterprise, and you want the differences laid out without the marketing.
Pricing is on the pricing page, and it’s set by region and local purchasing power. This doc focuses on what each plan is for and what’s in it.
The pricing page shows US prices as the reference. Your actual per-seat amount depends on your country and currency (Stripe sets it for Business and Enterprise; App Store or Google Play set it for Plus). Non-US teams will typically see a different number, sometimes lower, at checkout. The authoritative number is what you see at checkout and afterward on Settings → Plan & Billing.
Individual plans vs team plans
Section titled “Individual plans vs team plans”Timemark has two separate plan tracks, and they stack:
- On the App, for one person: Free or Plus. Plus is an in-App subscription that upgrades your own capture experience, such as hiding the Timemark logo, personal cloud backup, and saving the original photo.
- In a Teamspace, for the whole team: Free or Business. A Teamspace runs on only these two tiers. Business is purchased in Teamspace and raises team-wide limits for every member.
The two tracks are independent. Buying personal Plus does not change which plan your Teamspace is on, and a Plus member of a Free Teamspace still works under that team’s Free limits. Inside a Teamspace, Plus gives a member no extra team capability beyond Free; it only changes what that person does with their own photos on the App. To raise team limits, the team upgrades to Business.
The four plans at a glance
Section titled “The four plans at a glance”| Plan | Who it’s for | Where you buy it | What unlocks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Anyone trying Timemark | No purchase | Capture with watermark; 100 photos in Teamspace; 3 projects; Timemark brand watermark visible |
| Plus (formerly Pro) | Individuals on the App | In-App Purchase (App Store / Play) | Hide Timemark logo; edit or remove the watermark after capture; personal cloud backup; choose and save locations; seconds in the time; export reports; save original photo; no ads |
| Business | Teams with a Teamspace | In Teamspace on the Web | Everything in Plus for each member, plus 300,000 Teamspace photos; unlimited projects; centralized seat-based team billing; SharePoint / Google Drive team integration; Webhook |
| Enterprise | Multi-team orgs that need stricter security or SSO | Sales / Contact | Data residency; SAML SSO; restricted support access; pay-for-multiple-teams; higher photo limits; bespoke onboarding |
Plus vs Pro naming: The plan once called Pro is now Plus. The App Store still lists some legacy IAPs under the Pro name. Those are the same product. New docs use Plus as the canonical name.

How to choose
Section titled “How to choose”- You’re alone with a phone: try Free, then upgrade to Plus when the Timemark logo or the lack of cloud backup starts to bother you.
- You run a crew that needs one place for photos: Business. The 100 to 300k photo lift and unlimited projects are the practical reason most teams move off Free.
- Multiple teams in a parent company, data residency, stricter security controls, or SSO: Enterprise. Contact us for current availability.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- A Teamspace has only two plans: Free or Business. A member’s personal Plus subscription does not change which plan the Teamspace is on. Inside a team, a Plus member has the same team limits as a Free member; only upgrading the team to Business lifts them.
- Plus does not give a team. It’s an App-level subscription. Buying Plus does not turn your account into a Team Owner.
- The App Store still uses “Pro” for some product IDs. That’s the legacy of the renaming. If you bought “Timemark Pro” via the App Store, you have what’s now called Plus.
- Free’s photo and project limits apply to Teamspace, not the App. You can take unlimited photos in the App with Free. The cap is on photos uploaded into a team’s shared workspace.
