Join a team and start capturing photos that sync to your team's Teamspace.

When you’d do this

Your manager invited you to a Timemark team. The job-site photos you capture will sync to the team’s Teamspace, where supervisors can review and export them.

Accepting the invite

You’ll get either an email (“You’ve been invited to join Team Name”) or a direct link to the team.

Open the email or link on your phone.
The link opens the Timemark App, or installs it first if you don’t have it yet.
Sign in with the email address the invite was sent to, and the team appears automatically. If the join prompt doesn’t appear on its own, tap the invite email or link again after the App is installed.

If you already use Timemark as a solo user, the team is added to your existing account, and your old photos stay yours.

Your first capture

Open Timemark. The team’s Photo Template is selected by default, so the watermark already shows what your Owner configured, such as time, address, project, and logo.
Tap the shutter. Photos save locally and queue for upload.
Once you’re on Wi-Fi or cellular data, photos sync to Teamspace automatically.

You don’t have to do anything special to “send” a photo. Capture is the upload.

Which template to use

If your team has enforced team-only templates, you can only pick from the team list.
If not, you can still pick a personal template at Templates (bottom-right of the camera).

Ask your Owner which template is required for your job. Names like Site check, Pre-install, and POD are common.

Working offline

Capture works offline. Photos sit in the App’s upload queue and sync the next time you have a connection. Reopen the App to nudge the queue if uploads stall.

Common pitfalls

You won’t see the team’s photos in your phone’s gallery. Photos in Teamspace live in the cloud. Use Teamspace on the Web, or the App’s “By Project / By Member” views, to browse them.
If your watermark looks “off” compared to teammates, you’re probably on an older App version. Update from the App Store or Play Store.
Switching to a different phone? Sign in with the same email. The team and your photo history follow your account, not the device.
