Export failed
Large batches, network issues, and storage limits.
If your export fails, one of the following is usually the cause.
Common causes and fixes
Section titled “Common causes and fixes”Too many photos Each export supports a maximum of 100 photos (300 for ZIP). If your selection exceeds this, split it into smaller batches and export separately.
Network issue Exports require a stable internet connection throughout the process. If your connection drops mid-export, the export fails.
- Switch to Wi-Fi if you’re on mobile data.
- Move to an area with better signal.
- Tap Generate to retry the export.
Left the page during export You must stay on the export page while the file is being prepared. Leaving the page cancels the export.
- Stay on the page until you see the share sheet or download prompt.
Storage limit reached On the personal Free plan, you get 5 exports per format (PDF, Excel, ZIP, KMZ, Link). If you’ve used them up, upgrade to Plus for unlimited personal exports. Team exports in Teamspace aren’t subject to this per-format quota.
If none of the above applies
Section titled “If none of the above applies”Tap Generate to retry. If the export keeps failing, contact support at support@timemark.com with your device model and the export format you’re trying to use.
