View checklist submissions

Review, filter, and export the checklists your team submits, from Teamspace on the web.

Your crew works through checklists on site, and you want to check the results on a big screen: what they captured, who submitted it, how long it took, and which project it belongs to. Teamspace lists every submission in one table, and each project also lists its own.

  1. Open Teamspace and click Checklists in the left sidebar, under Photo Management.
  2. Click a checklist tab to switch between checklists. Each tab shows the checklist name and how many submissions it holds.
  3. Narrow the list with the Project, Member, Date range, and Status filters. Date range offers Today, This Week, This month, and Custom date range. Status offers All Status, Completed, and In progress.
  4. Click View on a row to open Submission details.
  1. Click By Project in the left sidebar, then open the project.
  2. Click the Checklists tab. The number beside it is how many submissions this project has.
  3. Filter by Member, Date range, or Status. There’s no Project filter here, because the tab already covers one project.
ColumnWhat it shows
TimeWhen the submission was recorded.
MemberWho filled it in.
ProjectThe project the submission is linked to, or No Project.
DurationHow long the submission took, from the first step saved to submit. Stays empty while a submission is still in progress.
StatusCompleted once the member submits, In progress while they’re still working through the steps.
Step columnsOne column per step of the checklist you’re viewing, named after the step. Photo steps show thumbnails, Yes/No steps show Yes, No, or N/A, and the rest show what the member entered.
ActionView opens the full submission.

Submission details slides in from the right with the status badge, then Checklist, Member, Submitted, Duration, and Project. Below that, every step appears in order with its type and the answer, and photos show in full rather than as thumbnails. Click a photo to open it large.

Project is the only field you can change. Team managers and the member who submitted can move a record to another project or to No Project.

  • Click Download to export what’s currently listed, meaning the selected checklist plus any filters you’ve set.
  • To export specific records, tick their checkboxes first. The card header becomes N selected · Download selected · Clear selection. Ticks carry across pages, and clear when you switch checklist, change a filter, or change the page size.

The file matches the App’s Sheet export: the shared columns plus one column per step, with photo steps split out.

  • Checklists are still built in the App. + Create Checklist on the web opens a “Create checklists in the Timemark app.” dialog with a QR code, not a builder.
  • Submissions are read-only. A submitted record is locked, and the project it belongs to is the only field anyone can change from the web.
  • What you see follows your photo permissions. A member whose View photos access is set to Own only sees only their own submissions, and a submission linked to a project shows only for that project’s members.
  • In progress rows aren’t live. They show the progress that loaded when you opened or refreshed the page, and their duration stays empty until the member submits.
  • A deleted checklist keeps its history. Its tab stays on the page with a Deleted tag, so past submissions are still readable and exportable. No new ones can arrive.
