Download the original photo
Download a team photo as the current photo with the watermark and markup, or as the original with neither.
When you’d do this
Section titled “When you’d do this”You need a clean copy of a team photo without the watermark or markup, for example to reuse the image itself. When you download a photo from your team’s library, you choose which version you get.

Section titled “Download a photo”- In the App, open the team photo you want.
- Tap Download.
- Choose Current photo or Original photo.
The two versions
Section titled “The two versions”| Option | What you get |
|---|---|
| Current photo | The photo as it looks in Teamspace, with the watermark and any markup on it. |
| Original photo | The photo as captured, with no watermark and no markup. |
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- Choosing a version works in the App only. The web side of Teamspace doesn’t offer the original option.
- Watermark edits and markup never change the original. The original always stays exactly as captured.
- Downloading is gated by the Download photos permission and its scope (All Photos / Own only / Deny). If you don’t see a download option, ask the Team Owner to check your role.
