What is Timemark?

Timemark takes work photos anyone can trust. A watermark shows the fields you choose, such as time, location, and notes, giving full job site context. Teams can create a Teamspace to collect and organize everyone's photos.

You can use Timemark on its own, or with a team. What changes is whether you create a Teamspace.

In the App you capture field photos for free. Each photo is stamped with the fields you choose, such as time, location, GPS coordinate, map, and compass, burned right onto the image. Anyone who opens the photo gets the full context at a glance. The timestamp and geotag are also written into the photo’s metadata.

Timemark ships Photo Templates for many industries. Tap Templates on the camera screen to switch between them.

If you need a team or enterprise solution, a Teamspace adds automated collection and organization that cuts the friction out of working together.

  • Site crews don’t have to send photos over email, text, or WhatsApp.
  • You see field photos in real time as they come in.
  • Photos save into a Project automatically, with no manual sorting.
  • You can build a report from several members’ field photos in a few steps.

Teamspace runs on both App and Web, on the same data. Crews capture and sync from the App. The office team reviews, organizes, and exports from the larger Web screen at teamspace.timemark.com.
