- In the dialog, keep the Invite by Email tab selected.
- Paste one or more email addresses into the E-mail field. Separate multiple addresses with a space.
- Under Invite as, pick the role each invitee starts with. The default is Member.
- Click Send. The button shows a counter, like Send (3), for how many invites will go out.
Each recipient gets an email with a link that opens the App or the App Store.

- Pick the Invite as role for the link.
- Click Copy link.
- Paste the link into your team chat (Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, SMS).

On the App
Section titled “On the App”After creating a team, you can invite straight from the App:
- Share Invite Link: copy and send the link by WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- Add by Email: type email addresses to send invites directly.
- Add from Contacts: in selected regions, grant contacts permission and pick contacts from your phone. Timemark uses the numbers only on your device to show contacts and open your system SMS app; the numbers are not uploaded to Timemark.
Tap Done when you’re finished.
Confirm they joined
Section titled “Confirm they joined”Go to Settings → Members & Access. New members appear with their email, name (filled in once they sign in), and role.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- The invite link works for anyone with the URL. Don’t post it in public channels. Use email invites for sensitive teams.
- Members must sign in with the email they were invited to. If they use a different email, a separate account is created and they won’t see your team.
- An invite left unopened for 30 days may need resending. Open the dialog and resend.
