See team routes

See where each member went on a given day, drawn from the locations of the photos they took.

You want to check where your crew worked on a given day, which sites they visited in what order, and roughly how far they traveled. Routes shows this without tracking anyone live.

  1. Open Teamspace in the App.
  2. Under Activity, tap Routes. The row shows how many members have a route today, for example 3 routes today.
  3. On the team map, each member appears as a pin where they took their last photo that day, with a photo count. Project sites show as circles.
  4. To look at another day, tap Today at the top and pick a date.
  5. Tap a member in the list, or their pin on the map, to open their route for that day.

If nobody on the team has taken photos in the last 3 days, the Activity section is collapsed. Tap View past record to find Routes.

PartWhat it shows

PhotosEvery photo that day, including ones without a location
DistanceThe straight-line distance between one photo location and the next, added up. It isn’t road distance.
PeriodThe time from the day’s first photo to its last
Place listPhotos grouped by address, in time order. The last stop is marked latest. Tap a row to open its photos.
N photos without locationPhotos that couldn’t be placed on the map

In the team list, each member’s row shows the same count and distance, for example 8 photos · 12.4 km.

  • Routes isn’t live tracking. A location only exists where a photo was taken. Between two photos the line is a straight connection, not the path the member actually took. The page says so at the bottom: Made from photo locations.
  • Photos without a location don’t join the line. They’re only counted at the end of the member’s page. If none of a member’s photos that day have a location, you’ll see No routes on this day.
  • Impossible jumps are dropped. If two photos in a row would mean traveling faster than 200 km/h, the point is treated as GPS drift and left out.
  • You only see what your photo access allows. With View photos set to Own only, Routes shows just you. If you can’t access some projects, photos from those projects are missing from routes, and nothing on the page warns you.
  • Routes doesn’t measure hours or attendance. For work time, use Time clock. See Clock in and out.
  • Routes is App only. The web portal has no Routes page.
  • If the page shows Fail to load, tap Reload.
