Where to cancel depends on the plan

|---|---|---|

What happens after cancellation
Section titled “What happens after cancellation”| Plus | Business | |
|---|---|---|
| Paid features stop on | End of current billing period | End of current billing period |
| Photos are kept | Yes (local + your linked clouds) | Yes (in Teamspace, but new uploads stop once 100-photo Free cap is hit) |
| Team membership | N/A | Stays. The team isn’t deleted, it just reverts to Free’s limits |
| Re-subscribe | Re-buy in the App | Click Upgrade in Settings → Plan & Billing |
For Business teams, anything over the Free plan’s 100-photo / 3-project caps becomes read-only. You can still view, export, and delete. You can’t add new photos until you upgrade again or prune below the cap.
Requesting a refund
Section titled “Requesting a refund”- Plus / Pro: refunds follow the App Store or Google Play. On Android, use the Google Play refund request. On iOS, use the Apple refund request. If the store denies it, contact support.
- Business / Enterprise: contact support with your team and invoice ID.
See Refund policy for what’s typically covered.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- Canceling Plus on iOS only cancels iOS billing. If you bought through Android too, cancel there separately.
- Canceling Business doesn’t delete the team. Members keep their accounts and the team’s existing photos are still visible (within the Free cap). To actually shut the team down, contact support.
- “Manage Subscription” on Teamspace opens a Stripe page. That’s normal. The cancel button there is the real one.
- Yearly Business cancellation doesn’t refund the rest of the year. It stops auto-renewal at year-end. You keep paid access until then.
