Delete a template
Remove a Team Photo Template; existing photos keep their watermark.
When you’d do this
Section titled “When you’d do this”A template was for a project that’s over, was made by mistake, or has been replaced. Removing it cleans up the set members choose from.
What you need

- Members using this template switch to another team template at next App start. Existing photos are unaffected
- Go to Team Templates → Photo Templates.
- Find the template in the list and click the trash icon in its Actions column.
- Confirm in the dialog.
What happens to members and photos
Section titled “What happens to members and photos”- Photos already taken keep their watermark. Deletion doesn’t touch existing images.
- A member currently using the deleted template is switched to another team template at next App start and sees a short notice.
- If it was the last team template (or enforcement is off), members go back to their personal watermark.
- The template’s data (name, fields, options) is gone. To get it back you have to rebuild it.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- Don’t delete the last template while enforcement is on. Members will drop to their personal watermark. Create a replacement first, or turn enforcement off.
- Deletion isn’t recoverable in the UI. Screenshot the field setup first if you might need it.
