I paid for Plus but it's not active
Why a Plus purchase may not show up, and how to restore it after reinstalling or switching devices.
If you subscribed to Plus but the features are still locked, the purchase almost always exists. It just needs to be restored or you’re checking the wrong place. Work through the cases below before requesting a refund.
Common causes and fixes

- Open the App, tap the menu button (top-left), tap Timemark Plans, then tap Restore Purchases.
Features didn’t unlock right after buying Sometimes the unlock lags the payment.
- Force-quit Timemark and reopen it. Plus features unlock immediately on relaunch.
You bought Plus on a different store account Plus is billed by the App Store or Google Play and tied to the store account, not your Timemark email. If you paid on one Apple ID or Google account and signed in to the App under a different one, the plan won’t appear.
- Check that the phone is signed in to the store account that made the purchase, then tap Restore Purchases.
You switched between iOS and Android A Plus subscription does not carry across platforms. A purchase made on iOS can’t be restored on Android, and vice versa.

You’re looking for Plus in Teamspace on the web Plus is an individual App subscription. It does not appear in Teamspace and does not create a team. Teamspace is the separate Business plan.
- Use Plus features in the App. If you need a shared team workspace, see Upgrade to Business.
An Android 1 year purchase expired On Android, the 1 year purchase pays for 12 months and does not auto-renew, so it simply ends when the term is up.
- Buy again from Timemark Plans to continue Plus.
- The plan labelled Pro in the App and in some store listings is the same as Plus.
- Plus removes the Timemark logo but keeps your own watermark fields (time, GPS, notes).
- Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the store, not by Timemark.
