Enforce team-only templates

Lock every member to your team's Photo Templates so no one uses personal or built-in ones.

When you’d do this

This is the real point of Team Templates. Once you’ve built one or more team Photo Templates, turn on enforcement so every member captures with them, with no personal templates and no built-in styles. Every photo carries the same fields, which makes auditing and exports consistent.

Enforcement doesn’t pin members to a single template. They still choose from the team’s set, they just can’t use anything outside it.

Steps

Go to Team Templates → Photo Templates.
At the top of the list, toggle Limit all members to Team templates only on.
It takes effect with no separate save. Members pick it up the next time they open the App.

To turn it off, toggle it off and confirm. Members get their personal templates and the built-in styles back right away.

What members see

First time you turn it on: the App switches each member to the first team template automatically and shows a one-time banner. They don’t have to do anything.
They can switch between your team templates from the team watermark list, but they can’t disable the watermark or pick a personal one.
They can still edit any field you left editable, and fill in fields you left blank. Read-only fields show but can’t be changed.
When you turn enforcement off (or delete every team template), members go back to their personal watermark immediately.

Common pitfalls

Keep at least one team template while enforcement is on. If you delete the last one, members fall back to their personal watermark.
There’s no per-project or per-role override. Enforcement is team-wide.
It doesn’t change existing photos, only future captures.
Members on App version 10.0.115 or earlier keep their personal watermark until they update, so they won’t be enforced.
