Export photos as ZIP

Bundle photos and metadata into a ZIP archive.

When you’d do this

You want a single archive of your project photos to save to your device or pass along.

Steps

In the App

In Teamspace, open All Photos, a project’s Photos tab, a member’s photos, or your search results.
Long-press a photo to start selecting, then tick any others. A tool panel opens at the bottom.
Tap ZIP.
Wait for the file to prepare, then share or save it.

To export every photo in the list without selecting, tap Export at the top instead, then choose ZIP.

On the web

Two routes. If the photos are already on screen, select them and use the toolbar. Otherwise start from the sidebar and pick them there.

From a selection

On All Photos, or on a project’s Photos tab, tick the photos you want. Ticking a date header takes every photo from that day.
Click the arrow next to Download, then choose Current photo or Original photo.

Either choice gives you a ZIP. With nothing ticked, Download takes the whole list. See Download the original photo for what the two versions contain.

From the sidebar

In the left sidebar, under Share & Reports, click ZIP.
Narrow the list with Project, Member, Time Range, or Type if you need to.
Tick the photos to include.
Click Continue.

Either route starts the file preparing straight away. A progress card appears in the bottom right corner, and you can cancel it from there.

Common pitfalls

Maximum 1,000 photos per export. Split larger projects into smaller exports.
The sidebar route never asks which version you want. To get the un-watermarked originals, tick the photos and use Download → Original photo instead.
On the web, Continue is the last step. Nothing asks you to confirm after it, so check the selection first.
Stay on the page while the file is being prepared.
On Android, a “File saved to your device” notification appears when the download is complete.
If export fails, start the export again to retry.
