Export photos as ZIP
Bundle photos and metadata into a ZIP archive.
When you’d do this
Section titled “When you’d do this”You want a single archive of your project photos to save to your device or pass along.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- Role
- Any member with photo access
- Surface
- App and Web
- Plan
- Free · Business
- Open a project in Teamspace.
- App: tap Download → ZIP. Web: click Download Photos, then select ZIP.
- Wait for the file to prepare, then share or save it.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- Maximum 1,000 photos per export. Split larger projects into smaller exports.
- Stay on the page while the file is being prepared.
- On Android, a “File saved to your device” notification appears when the download is complete.
- If export fails, start the export again to retry.
