Generate reports
Turn your photos into a PDF, Excel, collage, ZIP, KMZ, or shareable link from the App.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- Surface
- App
- Plan
- Free · Plus · Business
Open reports
Section titled “Open reports”- On the camera screen, tap Reports at the bottom.
- Choose a format.
- Select the photos you want to include.
- Tap Next to generate.
Formats
Section titled “Formats”| Format | What you get |

| Batch share | Free. Select photos and send them together to WhatsApp, Email, or other apps. |
| A formatted PDF report. | |
| Excel | A structured spreadsheet. |
| Before & After | A side-by-side comparison layout. |

| KMZ | Photo locations for Google Earth. |

Manage your links
Section titled “Manage your links”Links you’ve created can be managed from the top right of the Reports page.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- Batch share is free. PDF, Excel, ZIP, KMZ, and Link are limited to 5 exports each on Free. Upgrade to Plus or Business for unlimited exports.
- KMZ needs GPS data. Photos without a location won’t export.
