Generate reports
Turn your photos into a PDF, Excel, collage, ZIP, KMZ, or shareable link from the App.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- Surface

- Free · Plus · Business
Open reports
Section titled “Open reports”- On the camera screen, tap Reports at the bottom. The Export & Share page opens with your photos.
- Tick the photos you want to include.
- Tap a format in the tool grid at the bottom.
Formats
Section titled “Formats”The grid has eight tiles, in this order:
| Tile | What you get |

| Messaging app (WhatsApp by default) | Free. Sends the photos straight to that app. Which app appears first depends on your country. |
| A formatted PDF report. | |
| Excel | A structured spreadsheet. |
| Collage | Several photos in one image, including a Before & After layout. |
| ZIP | A ZIP archive of the photos. |
| KMZ | Photo locations for Google Earth. |
| Link | A shareable link anyone can open. |
| More | Other apps to share the photos to. |
The title above the grid counts your selection, for example 3 Photos to Share.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- Batch share is free. PDF, Excel, ZIP, KMZ, and Link are limited to 5 exports each on Free. Collage needs Plus. Upgrade to Plus or Business for unlimited exports.
- KMZ needs GPS data. Photos without a location won’t export.
