Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- Existing photos aren’t backed up. Only photos you take after turning this on get uploaded. Timemark can’t back-fill the ones already on your phone. To move those, export them as a ZIP and upload the file to Google Drive or OneDrive yourself. See Export photos as a ZIP archive.
- Cloud Backup is personal. It backs up your own photos, not a team’s. For per-project team syncing, use Team Sync in Teamspace.
- Only one cloud destination can be active at a time. Choosing Google Drive turns off an active OneDrive backup.
- Backup runs only while the App has a connection. Photos taken offline upload once you’re back online.
