Share a template
Share a photo template with other members, publicly by name or privately by Template code.
When you’ve set up a template you want a teammate to reuse, share it. Every field you configured is shared along with it.

Share a template
Section titled “Share a template”Share in either of these ways:
- Tap the Templates button, then tap Share.
- Open the template editor, then tap Share. See Edit a template.
Sharing modes
Section titled “Sharing modes”| Mode | Who can find it | Notes |

| Public | Anyone can find it by searching the name you set. | Best for templates you want widely reused. |
| Private | Nobody can discover it. Reachable only with the Template code you share. | The code is valid for 30 days. |
Get a shared template
Section titled “Get a shared template”- On the Home screen, tap the Templates button.
- Search for the template by name, or enter the Template code.
- Select it to add it to your templates.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- Sharing is not mandatory. Teammates choose whether to add a shared template.
- A Private Template code stops working after 30 days. Share it again to issue a new code.
- To require everyone to use one template, sharing won’t enforce it. Create a Teamspace and set a Team photo template instead.
