When you’d consider Enterprise
Section titled “When you’d consider Enterprise”- Your company has multiple Teamspaces and consolidating invoicing matters.
- You need SSO through your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.).
- You need data residency or stricter controls for Teamspace data.
- You’re at a photo volume where 300,000 photos isn’t enough.
- Procurement requires security review, DPAs, or named-account support before a rollout.
How to express interest
Section titled “How to express interest”- Visit the Contact Us form on timemark.com/contact-us.
- Mention you’re interested in the Enterprise plan and outline:
- Number of teams / users
- Required integrations (SSO provider, SharePoint tenant, etc.)
- Approximate photo volume per month
- Required data region, if any
Or email support@timemark.com with the same information.
What to do while you wait
Section titled “What to do while you wait”If your team is on Business, you keep getting Business features such as higher photo limits, centralized team billing, integrations, custom roles, and role-based access. SSO, data residency, restricted support access, and multi-team billing are Enterprise capabilities.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- There is no self-serve Enterprise checkout. Don’t expect a plan toggle in Settings → Plan & Billing today.
- Enterprise pricing is quote-based. Contact us for current availability and pricing.
- “SAML SSO” isn’t on by default for design-partner teams. Even early access requires explicit setup. We exchange metadata with your identity provider.
- Data residency applies to in-scope Teamspace data. Billing, support records, security logs, and user-directed integrations may be handled outside the selected region.
