Export photos as Excel
Generate an Excel sheet of photo metadata and thumbnails.
When you’d do this
Section titled “When you’d do this”You want a spreadsheet of your project photos with their metadata, such as date, time, location, and title, alongside thumbnails. Team exports have no count limit.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- Role
- Any member with photo access
- Surface
- App and Web
- Plan
- Free · Business
- Open a project in Teamspace.
- App: tap Download → Sheet. Web: click Download Photos, then choose the Excel option.
- Filter by Time Range, Projects, Members, or Type if needed.
- Start the export.
- Wait for the file to prepare, then share or save it.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- Maximum 1,000 photos per export. Split larger projects into smaller exports.
- Stay on the page while the file is being prepared.
- On Android, a “File saved to your device” notification appears when the download is complete.
- If export fails, start the export again to retry.
