Email verification, password reset, and SSO problems.


If you’re having trouble signing in to Timemark or Teamspace, work through the steps below.

Timemark uses email verification to sign in. There’s no password to set.

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you typed the correct email address.
  • Wait a few minutes and request a new verification email.
  • If you use a company email, ask your IT team if emails from timemark.com are being blocked.
  • Verification links expire after a short time. Request a new one and use it immediately.
  • Don’t open the link on a different device or browser than the one you requested it from.
  • Make sure you’re signing in with the same email address you were invited with.
  • Ask your Team Owner to confirm which email address the invite was sent to.
  • If you were recently invited, try pulling down to refresh the app.
  • Make sure you’re going to teamspace.timemark.com.
  • Try a different browser or clear your browser cache.
  • Disable browser extensions that may block redirects.

SAML SSO is an Enterprise feature. If your organization uses SSO and you’re having trouble:

  • Confirm with your IT admin that your account is provisioned in the identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Make sure the SSO metadata has been exchanged with Timemark. Contact support if setup is incomplete.

Contact support at support@timemark.com with:

  • The email address you’re trying to sign in with
  • Whether you’re on iOS, Android, or web
  • A screenshot of any error message you see
