Create a team

Start a team for free on the App or at teamspace.timemark.com, or add another from your team home.

You’re the first person from your organization using Timemark for team work, and you want a shared space where your crew’s photos collect automatically, with member management and central billing. You can also start a second team if you already run one.

A team can be created on the App or on the Web, whichever you have open.

The first time you sign in on the App or at teamspace.timemark.com, Timemark prompts you to create a team. Enter a team name to finish.

  1. Sign in to the App, or go to teamspace.timemark.com and sign in with Google or an email verification code.
  2. If you’re new to Timemark, set a username when prompted (it can’t be empty). This step is App only.
  3. Enter your team name.
  4. Confirm. Your team is created and you become the Team Owner.

You can rename the team later in Settings → General.

Already have a team and want a separate one?

  1. On your team home, tap the team name at the top.
  2. In the popup, tap New team.
  3. Enter the new team name and confirm.

Creating a team starts a free 14-day trial. No credit card is required, and it isn’t linked to any payment method.

The recommended order:

  1. Create a Team Photo Template so every member’s photos look the same. See Create a Team Photo Template.
  2. Create your first project so captures land somewhere meaningful. See Create a project.
  3. Invite members. See Invite your first members.
  • If you were invited to a team, accepting the invite adds you to that team. To run your own separate team instead, create one with New team.
  • The team name is visible to every invited member. Use something members recognize, like your company or department, not a placeholder.
  • Transfer the Team Owner role before the original Owner leaves. Ownership is reassigned in the App, under Teamspace → Settings. If you need help, contact support.
