Section titled “Plan choice for a new team”- Free team: 100 photos in Teamspace, 3 projects. Good for evaluation.
- Business team: 300,000 photos, unlimited projects, and centralized billing for the whole team. This is what most teams use.
- Enterprise: SAML SSO and multi-team billing for large organizations. Not yet released. See Enterprise plan status.

Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- Members on App version 10.0.115 or earlier can’t see new team templates until they update. Enforcing team-only templates blocks them from capturing entirely. Make sure everyone is on a recent build before flipping the toggle.
- The Photo Source & Upload setting is team-wide. If you set it to “Timemark capture only,” gallery imports stop for everyone immediately.
- Removing a member doesn’t delete their existing photos. Those stay in the project they were captured into.
