For team owners

Set up your team in Teamspace, invite members, and standardize watermarks.

You’re rolling Timemark out to a crew or a department, and you want every photo collected in one place with consistent watermarks. As Team Owner you create the Teamspace, set the rules, and invite the people.

  1. Create your Teamspace at teamspace.timemark.com. Sign in with your email, and the team is created on first sign-in.
  2. Create the first project to scope where photos land. See Create a project.
  3. Invite members by email or a shareable link. See Invite a team member.
  4. Set roles so each person is an Admin, a Member, or on a custom role. See Customize member roles.
  5. (Optional) Connect SharePoint or Google Drive to mirror team photos into your existing cloud. See Team integrations.

That’s the whole flow. Each step links to a focused doc.

  • Free team: 100 photos in Teamspace, 3 projects. Good for evaluation.
  • Business team: 300,000 photos, unlimited projects, and centralized billing for the whole team. This is what most teams use.
  • Enterprise: SAML SSO and multi-team billing for large organizations. Not yet released. See Enterprise plan status.

Current prices are on the pricing page.

  • Members on App version 10.0.115 or earlier can’t see new team templates until they update. Enforcing team-only templates blocks them from capturing entirely. Make sure everyone is on a recent build before flipping the toggle.
  • The Photo Source & Upload setting is team-wide. If you set it to “Timemark capture only,” gallery imports stop for everyone immediately.
  • Removing a member doesn’t delete their existing photos. Those stay in the project they were captured into.
