Team features need an account. Capturing photos in the standalone App does not.

You want to use team features: joining or creating a team, collecting photos in a shared space, or managing projects and members. These need an account. Taking watermarked photos on your own in the App works without signing in.

  • Standalone capture doesn’t need an account. You only sign in to use Teamspace. If you just want watermarked photos, skip sign-in.
  • Sign in with the same account everywhere. Use the same Google, Apple, Microsoft, or email account on the App and Web, or you’ll land in different spaces.
  • Invited to a team? Sign in with the invited email. Signing in with a different account creates a separate account that won’t see the team.
