Business plan
Upgrade your Teamspace from Free to Business on the Web. Unlocks 300k photos, unlimited projects, and team integrations.
When you’d do this
Section titled “When you’d do this”Your team is hitting the Free plan limits, such as 100 photos in Teamspace or 3 projects, or you need team features that Free doesn’t have: SharePoint or Google Drive team integration, Webhooks, and centralized billing.
Business includes every Plus benefit for each member, plus the team-level features and centralized billing below.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- Role
- Team Owner
- Surface
- App and Web
- Affects
- Upgrades your team to Business
- Sign in to teamspace.timemark.com as the Team Owner.
- Go to Settings → Plan & Billing in the left sidebar.
- Click Upgrade (or Manage Subscription if your team has a previous subscription history).
- Pick a billing cadence. Monthly is seat-priced and prorated for mid-cycle changes. Yearly prepays seats for the year at a per-seat discount.
- Confirm the seat count (it defaults to your current member count).
- The Stripe checkout opens. Enter your card and billing details.
- Submit. The team flips to Business immediately on payment success.
You’ll see the Business badge in Settings → Plan & Billing and your photo cap jumps to 300,000.
You can also upgrade from the App: open Teamspace in the App and tap Upgrade at the bottom of the Teamspace home. It opens the same checkout.

| Photo cap | 100 → 300,000 |
| Projects | 3 → Unlimited |
| Centralized team billing | One card pays for every member’s seat |
| SharePoint / Google Drive team integration | Mirror project photos into your org’s cloud |
| Webhook | Trigger custom workflows when photos are uploaded |
Pricing
Section titled “Pricing”Current prices are on the pricing page.
Pricing is per seat and set by region and local purchasing power, so the amount your team is charged depends on the country / currency Stripe identifies at checkout. Non-US teams typically see a different number from the US reference on the marketing page. The authoritative figure is whatever the Stripe checkout shows you, and afterward whatever Settings → Plan & Billing displays.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- Every existing member becomes a billable seat at upgrade. If your team has people who shouldn’t be billed, remove them before upgrading. See Remove a team member.
- The Owner’s payment method covers everyone. Members never see a payment prompt.
- Yearly is prepaid. Removing members during the year doesn’t refund seats, but you can reassign instead. See Billing cycle and invoices.
- Business is billed per Teamspace. Paying for one team does not upgrade another team you own or belong to. Each Teamspace subscribes separately, so one team can be on Business while another is still Free.
- Upgrading does not transfer existing personal Plus / Pro subscriptions into the team. Each is separate. If the Owner has Plus and now joins Business, both are billed unless they cancel Plus through the App Store.
