Filter photos by type, date, or tag
Combined filters for narrowing the view.
When you’d do this
Section titled “When you’d do this”You’re hunting for specific photos and want to narrow All Photos by time, project, member, or type.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- Role
- Any member
- Surface
- App and Web
- Plan
- Free · Business
Filter by time range
Section titled “Filter by time range”- Tap Time Range at the top of the photo view.
- Choose a preset: All time, Today, This week, or This month.
- Or select Custom range and pick a start and end date.
- Tap Done.
Filter by project
Section titled “Filter by project”- Tap Projects at the top of the photo view.
- Select one or more projects from the list.
- Search by project name if needed.
- Tap Done.
Filter by member
Section titled “Filter by member”- Tap Members at the top of the photo view.
- Select one or more members from the list.
- Search by member name if needed.
- Tap Done.
Filter by type
Section titled “Filter by type”- Tap Type at the top of the photo view.
- Select Photos, Videos, or Attendance.
- Tap Done.
Search photos
Section titled “Search photos”- Tap the search icon at the top right of All Photos.
- Type a keyword: address, title, or watermark field.
- Results update as you type.
Common pitfalls
Section titled “Common pitfalls”- On Free, the search view is limited to 100 photos. Upgrade to Business for full access.
- You can combine multiple filters at the same time.
